Shipping & Delivery policy:
The total time from order to shipment of items can take up to 5-7 days. This is due to payment processing timelines. It can take up to 3 business days for your payment to be released to us.
Upon receipt of payment, your candle will be hand-poured. This process will take at least 1-2 days to allow for creation and drying time. Orders will then be promptly shipped via a third-party delivery service (unless otherwise noted). Quoted shipping fees include the cost of packing materials and all orders are packed with extreme care to ensure safe arrival at your home. You will receive an email with your tracking number the day your shipment is released to the delivery service.
We always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise. Please be sure to provide your correct and current shipping address.
We have designed our candles to enrich your home and décor with an elegant fragrance that will transform any room into a sensational experience. Please be assured that if, for any reason, you feel we have not met your expectations, just let us know within 7 days of receiving the order and we will get the product picked up from your place free of charge and provide you with a full refund if the product is unused and undamaged. It is that simple.
Return & Refund Policy:
No returns will be offered on Items that have been delivered without any damages or defects.
If the product is wrongfully delivered (different SKU instead of the SKU mentioned in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order against the return of the product subject to the fact of such defect being established.
To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email will be provided)
Our customer care team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours.
Refunds will be made (I) within 14 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods if the order is already shipped (ii) within 14 working days from the date of cancellation of the order if the order is not yet shipped.
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are X failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz: Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective).
